Four expands leadership team as client base grows
Integrated communications agency Four has celebrated its strongest first half-year yet, driven by new client wins and the appointment of senior industry figures to its leadership team.
Founded by chief executive Pamela Badham, Four has added high-profile clients across the UK, including Cameron House Resort, Baynes the Family Baker, and COSMO Restaurant Group.
To support this growth, the agency has strengthened its senior team with three strategic appointments.
Julie Williams, former senior account director at Weber Shandwick, joins as director, while Nat Ratner, ex-head of digital experience at Brand Scotland has becomes director of strategy and growth.
Graham Isdale, co-founder of The BIG Partnership, has also been appointed as a non-executive director.
Julie said: “Joining Four is an exciting new chapter.
“The opportunity to help shape the agency’s next phase of growth, diversify into new sectors and bring fresh thinking to clients across corporate and consumer PR was one I couldn’t resist.
“Having started as a journalist and worked with global brands, I’m excited to contribute to Four’s momentum.”
Their appointments complement existing leadership, including Lucy Edwards and Pamela, bringing additional national agency and government experience.
Four now employs 16 staff across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oxford and Yorkshire, supporting clients in sectors from retail and tech to charities and destination marketing.
Pamela added: “We’ve had a record-breaking start to the year, and I’m incredibly proud of what the team has achieved.
“Like every company in every sector, we are only as good as the people we employ and retain and the results we achieve.
“With Julie, Nat and Graham on board, we’re ready to push even further into new markets and sectors across the UK.
“We have been on an incredible journey over the past five years, and 2025 is shaping up to be our best ever.
“Julie, Nat and Graham will add real quality, experience and a passion for stand-out delivery and I’m delighted to have them on board.”
