Resolution Property appoints analyst
Resolution Property has appointed Wenlin Liu as investment management analyst, strengthening its London-based asset management team.
Wenlin brings over seven years’ experience in real estate investment and analysis, having held roles at Global Student Accommodation, KW Insights and Fusion Students.
At GSA, she led asset appraisal and underwriting for single-asset acquisitions worth more than €2.9 billion across European markets.
In her new role, Wenlin will focus on financial modelling, valuations and asset performance analysis, working closely with the acquisitions and asset management teams to optimise portfolio performance.
Wenlin’s appointment follows a series of leasing successes for Resolution Property, including global architecture firm Gensler expanding at the Moretown campus, in London.
Stuart Lang, head of asset management at Resolution Property, said: “We are pleased to welcome Wenlin to the team.
“Her analytical expertise, commercial insight, and pan-European experience make her a valuable addition to the team.
“As we continue to grow and enhance our portfolio, Wenlin’s addition strengthens our ability to identify and execute opportunities that deliver long-term value for our investors.”
