Water treatment firm makes splash with deal
A wastewater treatment firm has expanded with a takeover.
Premier Tech has bought Hampshire’s RMS Waste Disposal.
Bosses say the move strengthens Peterlee-based Premier Tech’s septic maintenance and tankering arm.
They add the agreement will see nine staff join its workforce.
Nick Pope, UK managing director for Premier Tech’s water and environment division, said: “This acquisition provides homeowners with support and an integrated service offer that meets the highest quality standards.
“It will ensure local service throughout the lifecycle of wastewater treatment systems.”
The deal builds on Premier Tech’s takeover of Surrey-based Envirowise in 2022.
Nick added: “Envirowise has gone from strength-to-strength over the last three years, and RMS offers a similarly strong platform for growth.
“With RMS now on board and Envirowise flourishing, we are well positioned to meet the evolving needs of residential and commercial customers.”
