Workspace provider expands with city move
A flexible workspace provider is set to bolster operations with a city expansion.
2-Work will open a Leeds site in September.
The hub – in the Grade II-listed Albion Court former church institute building – will operate as 2-Work’s fourth base in the city.
Bosses say it will provide 8,000sq ft of co-working space, meeting rooms and private offices across two floors.
Gal Leslie, director at 2-Work, which also operates a Wakefield site, said: “We started in Leeds during the pandemic, with aspirations to support businesses.
“Little did we know it would enable us to support all types of businesses from start-ups to corporates and beyond.
“Watching these businesses thrive due to their need for flexible, collaborative, forward-thinking workspaces has been the key driver for our expansion plans.”
Olivia McDowell, senior asset manager at Albion Court owner Glenbrook, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome 2-Work.
“Its professional flex space offering not only expands the range of studios available but also brings valuable new amenities for our existing tenants.”
