Hartnell Taylor Cook bolsters property and asset management team
Commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has welcomed back Hannah Batchelor as senior associate director in its property and asset management team.
Hannah will focus on managing and growing prime central London office assets, including advising on developments such as the historic Baltic Exchange conversion into a BREEAM Outstanding grade A office, while overseeing existing properties.
She returns to the firm with extensive experience from roles at JLL, Dalcour Maclaren and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Hannah began her career at Hartnell Taylor Cook as a placement student, progressing to senior surveyor before leaving in 2021.
She said: “It’s fantastic to be back at Hartnell Taylor Cook, where my career first began.
“The team has always felt like home and I’m really looking forward to playing a leading role within the property and asset management team during such an exciting period of growth.”
Stuart Howell, managing partner at Hartnell Taylor Cook, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Hannah back to the team.
“Her deep understanding of the London office market and quality insights make her a tremendous asset as we continue to grow our footprint in central London.
