Riverside workspace opens doors in York

A property development in York is set to add modern flexible office space to the city.

Helmsley Group has confirmed that Wizu’s coworking space at East Coast House is complete and ready to welcome tenants from September 1. 

The 24,500sq ft riverside building on Skeldergate provides light-filled private offices for teams from two to over 100, alongside modern coworking zones, high-tech meeting rooms with video conferencing, as well as virtual office packages for businesses of all sizes.
