Pro-Ad seals deal to bolster merchandise offer
A North East promotional merchandise company has grown its services through an acquisition.
Morpeth-based Pro-Ad has bought Tottington-based Corporate Recognition, a well-established distributor of branded business gifts and corporate merchandise.
Bosses say the move combines two values-driven firms and strengthens Pro-Ad’s position as a leading agency in the promotional merchandise sector.
They add customers will benefit from the deal with a broader product range, enhanced creative support, faster turnaround times and greater buying power.
Carlo Nardini, Pro-Ad managing director, said: “We’ve known and respected the team at Corporate Recognition for many years.
“They’ve built a business based on trust, reliability and a genuine commitment to their customers – values we hold dear at Pro-Ad.
“We’re excited to welcome them into the family.”
