RWO strengthens team with two new hires
North East civil and structural engineers RWO has welcomed two new recruits as it continues to expand its services and national reach.
Graduate structural engineer John Haruna joins with experience across residential and commercial projects, while apprentice structural technician Daniel Hogg will support design, analysis and documentation work at the firm’s Seaton Burn office.
The appointments follow growing demand from developers and housebuilders, with RWO targeting £4 million turnover by FY2026 across its Newcastle, Leeds, Stokesley and London offices.
The 40-strong team is currently working on projects including data centres, education facilities and police training centres.
Managing director Ross Oakley said: “This is an exciting time for both RWO and the wider industry.
“The demand for high-quality and ambitious civil and structural engineering talent has never been greater.
“We’re excited to welcome Daniel and John to a team that’s deeply committed to excellence, and I look forward to them contributing to our work across the North East and beyond.”
