KubeNet appoints new non-executive chair
Glasgow-based ISP and managed IT services provider KubeNet has appointed Richard Logan as non-executive chair to support its strategic growth plans.
A chartered accountant with more than 30 years’ experience, Richard has held senior financial and board-level roles across the UK technology sector.
He has built a strong track record in scaling high-growth, private equity-backed businesses and leading acquisition-driven growth strategies.
Richard said: “KubeNet is a business with real momentum, a strong culture and clear ambition.
“I’ve joined at an exciting time, with a shared focus on sustainable growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
“I’m looking forward to supporting the team as we build something of real substance in the UK technology market.”
Richard’s appointment follows KubeNet’s recent acquisition of ISN Solutions and investment backing from Maven Capital Partners.
Richard will play a key role in strengthening the board and supporting KubeNet as it expands its presence across the UK.
Julie Inglis, director at KubeNet, added: “We are delighted to welcome Richard on board as our chair.
“His knowledge and proven expertise in successfully completing multiple acquisitions will be invaluable to our business and leadership team as we continue to execute our acquisition strategy across the UK and within specific markets.”
