Indy House brings fresh workspace to Honley
A Huddersfield village is welcoming a new luxury office and co-working space after the transformation of a former physiotherapy practice.
Indy House, in Honley, has been created by mortgage broker Kate Burns, director at KB Mortgage Services, following a seven-month, six-figure renovation of the former Holme Valley Clinic.
The character property has been reimagined as six premium offices alongside a shared co-working area.
It also includes three bookable meeting rooms and individual pods designed for private calls and video meetings, catering to both small businesses and independent professionals.
Kate said: “When the building came up for sale, I jumped at the chance to buy it.
“Having grown up in Honley, launching Indy House and having the chance to start something new in my childhood village that is designed to help businesses grow and thrive has been a real full-circle moment for me.
“A lot of hard work has gone into the renovation to get the interior design and finish to the luxury standard it’s now at.
“I want to ensure every person that works from here feels inspired by their surroundings and can create that all important first impression when hosting clients and meetings.
“I’m so pleased to have created a space that is now home to my own business and one that can also help other ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs in the local area thrive.”
