West Midlands tech firm expands operations
A West Midlands tech firm is set to create jobs with an office move.
TXP, a systems integrator specialising in IT consulting, development and resourcing, has opened a new head office at The Fort Dunlop, Birmingham.
Bosses say the move supports the company’s ambition to double its headcount over the next three years, creating 100 new roles.
They add that the new head office will act as a hub for consulting, development and resourcing, supporting both organic growth and future strategic acquisitions, while cementing TXP’s reputation as a trusted partner for digital transformation across the region.
John Antunes, chief executive of TXP, said: “The new head office enables TXP to take the next step in our journey.
“Our heritage in the area coupled with Birmingham’s leading position in the UK business landscape – and its potential for future innovation – makes Fort Dunlop the perfect location to support growth.
“We’re excited about the future and the opportunities ahead and believe we can make a real impact on the West Midlands business community as TXP expands.”
Paulette Hamilton, MP for Birmingham Erdington, added: “It’s always encouraging to see businesses choosing to invest in Birmingham.
“The creation of new jobs at Fort Dunlop is a welcome boost for the local economy, and I’m pleased to see continued growth and opportunity in our area.
“I look forward to being invited to hear more about what they’ll be doing.”
Backed by Aliter Capital, TXP was formed by combining Solihull-based digital services provider Jumar and Dudley-based IT resourcing firm Concept.
The firm offers end-to-end digital transformation solutions for mid-market organisations, with clients including The Shipowners Club, Phoebus Software and Beko, alongside partnerships with global systems integrators such as Capgemini.
