Identity consult strengthens North West team

Award-winning consultancy Identity Consult (IC) has bolstered its North West team with key appointments and promotions, reflecting its rapid regional growth. 

Tristan Saunders joins as director of project management at IC’s Salford office, overseeing major commissions including Cheadle Eco Village and higher education projects with Salford University and the University of Manchester.

Meanwhile, Chris Allsop has been promoted to director of quantity surveying, continuing to lead high-profile projects for Salford City Council and Trafford Council, as well as refurbishments of listed buildings such as Touchstones, in Rochdale. 

Additional moves include Grace Hornsby joining as associate; Faizal Patel being promoted to senior quantity surveyor; Fern Pritchard promoted to senior consultant PM; and Scott Campbell joining as apprentice project manager.

The appointments mark a new era for IC’s North West operations, which now employs 69 staff across five UK offices, offering project management, cost consultancy, employer’s agent, principal designer and wider development advisory services. 

The firm recently achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, underlining its reputation as a leading employer in the sector.
