Knight Frank strengthens Yorkshire team
Property consultant Knight Frank Yorkshire has strengthened its Sheffield team with five promotions and the addition of a work placement student.
Matt Collier becomes partner in the valuations team, while Kitty Hendrick has been promoted to senior surveyor in the agency team.
In addition, Tom Appleby has risen to associate in building surveying; Adam Rawkins has become an associate in property management; and Becca Smith has moved up to senior surveyor in residential valuations.
Meanwhile, real estate undergraduate Oliver Hobson joins as a placement student in the industrial and office agency teams.

“I am looking forward to the year ahead and gaining valuable industry experience.”
The 27-strong Sheffield team specialises in office, industrial and logistics sectors, covering agency, development, capital markets, property management, building consultancy, valuation and lease advisory.
