Naylors Gavin Black expands team
Newcastle-based commercial property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black has made a series of appointments and promotions to support its continued growth.
New arrivals include Lynne Bowman, as facilities administrator; Jake Smith, returning as a graduate surveyor; and Northumbria University placement students Matt Wainwright and Sam Gray.
Ben Wilson has also been promoted to senior chartered surveyor in the building consultancy team, while Lexie Hennessey has stepped up to facilities manager after a year as facilities administrator.
Partner Katy Clark, who heads up the property and facilities management team, said: “These appointments and promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and ensuring we have the expertise and capacity required to support our clients.
