County kicks off digital first with Alloc8
A Greater Manchester football club is embracing new technology to transform its ticketing, access and fan engagement operations.
Stockport County FC has become the first club to adopt the full Alloc8 eco-system from digital solutions provider Fourth Wall, unifying ticketing, stadium access, product distribution and membership subscription management.
Officials say the end-to-end rollout will enable the club to connect ticketing operations with venue access and supporter engagement, delivering both operational efficiency and enhanced fan experiences.
By integrating core systems, County aims to improve loyalty recognition, scale services and strengthen insights into supporter behaviour.
Olivia Hanvey, commercial operations director at Stockport County, said: “We’re delighted to enter a long-term partnership with Alloc8 to support our digital transformation in what is a truly exciting era for Stockport County.
“This partnership represents our dedication to constantly enhancing supporter experience and strengthening club operations.”
As part of the collaboration, Fourth Wall will also provide services including merchandise production, digital content creation and fan acquisition and retention strategies.
The partnership will pave the way for future loyalty initiatives, enabling fans to earn and redeem rewards across retail, concourse and hospitality environments.
Pete Hewison, product director at Alloc8, Fourth Wall, added: “We’re excited to be working with such an historic club as Stockport County.
“They’re an ambitious club with a clear vision, and we’re proud to partner with them to build something that genuinely benefits the fans and club alike.
“Our goal is to make ticketing and fan operations simpler, smarter, and more flexible for both fans and the club.
“By streamlining complex processes and enabling fans to self-serve, we’re removing friction and delivering a more intuitive experience at every level.
“It’s about giving clubs the tools and time to focus on what matters most: the fans.”
