Brave Bison charges on with MTM acquisition

A media, marketing and technology firm has expanded with a £12 million takeover.

Brave Bison has bought MTM.

Bosses say the move will add an insights and consultancy division to London and Manchester-based Brave Bison.

They add London and Leeds-based MTM – which boasts a client roster including Google, BBC and Spotify – will retain its brand and leadership team.

It will also work with Brave Bison’s Engage-titled sports marketing and fan engagement consultancy.

Oli Green, executive chair at Brave Bison, which counts global media company News Corp as a shareholder, said: “MTM’s reputation for delivering clarity to some of the world’s most influential organisations is second to none.

“By combining its deep expertise in consultancy and insight with our agile operating model and artificial intelligence tooling, we are creating a platform that is uniquely positioned to help tomorrow’s super brands.”

Caroline Wren, MTM chief executive, added: “In a market defined by fragmentation and disruption, insight is not a luxury.

“Joining Brave Bison opens up an exciting new chapter.

“Our role has always been to provide clients with clarity in a complex world – and we now have the platform and technology to take that even further.”
