Training Club set to unveil revamped facility
A Sunderland-based male-focused fitness club is set to unveil a revamped training facility and community hub.
The Training Club, a male-only gym in Washington, will officially open its renovated headquarters on Saturday, October 4.
Visitors will be able to explore the upgraded training space, take part in free taster sessions of the TC Method and check out the new Fuel Bar, offering protein-rich drinks and snacks for recovery and performance.
Since launching in 2020, The Training Club has supported more than 1500 men in transforming their health and lifestyle.
And bosses say the upgraded facility, branded TC 3.0, reflects the Club’s commitment to combining high-quality training with a supportive, motivating environment.
They add from October, membership subscription prices will be reduced to their lowest level since The Training Club opened, making the services more accessible while maintaining the enhanced training experience.
Ross Colquhoun, founder of The Training Club, said: “We’ve built the TC to be more than a gym.
“It’s a place where men can challenge themselves, find structure and build lasting change.
“By lowering our prices, we’re opening the door for more men to experience the TC environment.
“A space that gives men the tools, coaching and support to become the best version of themselves.
“The Open Day is the perfect chance to try it and feel the difference.”
The Open Day begins at 7:00am at The Training Club, Pattinson South, Washington, NE38 8QD.
Spaces for taster sessions are limited and must be booked in advance online.
