ROCCIA bolsters commercial division
ROCCIA, the UK’s largest independent tile, bathroom and kitchen showroom, has appointed Andrew Grove as commercial manager to lead its expanding ROCCIA Commercial division.
Andrew brings 37 years of industry experience, having delivered major projects across residential, leisure and multi-purpose developments.
In his new role, he will oversee strategy, tenders and business development, while building partnerships with developers, contractors and architects nationwide.
Andrew said: “Having worked in the tile industry since 1988, I’ve delivered projects across sectors including social housing, new builds, leisure and enterprise-level developments.
“This new chapter at ROCCIA is an exciting opportunity, and our goal is to make it clear that ROCCIA Commercial is open for business nationally.
“ROCCIA is a multi-award-winning brand built on family, innovatio, and excellence.
“We now have the infrastructure, expertise and passion to replicate the success of our retail business in the contract market.
“By strengthening partnerships with developers and tiling contractors, we will continue to deliver the exceptional service that sits at the heart of the ROCCIA name.”
ROCCIA Commercial, established in 2014, supplies high-quality European tiles, bathrooms and kitchens for projects demanding both exceptional aesthetics and reliable delivery.
The division has contributed to landmark schemes including the Royal Nawaab, in Stockport, Euro Garages headquarters in Blackburn, and the Park Hotel lobby in Preston.
Zabir Patel, managing director of ROCCIA Preston, added: “Demand for high-spec interiors in the commercial market has risen significantly.
“Developers and contractors are seeking the same quality and creativity that our award-winning showrooms deliver, but on a larger scale.
“Andrew’s appointment underlines our commitment to being a trusted partner in this space.
“His knowledge of the sector, combined with our infrastructure and reputation for outstanding service, positions ROCCIA Commercial as the partner of choice for residential, hospitality and multi-purpose schemes across the UK.”
