
SEEN Connects appoints operations director
Influencer and social marketing agency SEEN Connects has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Johnny Cheng as its first-ever operations director.
Johnny will lead agency-wide operations, overseeing team structure and commercial delivery to ensure clarity, consistency and speed across all projects.
He joins from Switch Creative, where he served as operations director, bringing extensive experience in building operational workflows and optimising processes from previous roles at Digitas and Kairos (Newgen).
Johnny said: “It’s an exciting time to join the team.

“My focus will be on strengthening the operational foundations that enable creativity to thrive, ensuring we can scale, deliver impact and continue building strong partnerships with clients.
