SLG appoints new land researcher
Strategic Land Group (SLG), a residential and renewable energy land promoter based in Manchester, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Leonie Sayle as land researcher.
Leonie joins from Homes England, where she worked as a development analyst, following her Master’s in Urban Development and Planning at the University of Manchester.
She will work alongside managing director Paul Smith, sourcing new sites and development opportunities as SLG’s portfolio continues to expand.
Currently managing 19 sites with the potential for over 2500 homes and 40,000sq metres of commercial space, SLG’s appointment of Leonie reflects its commitment to growing its land portfolio and supporting the UK’s housing and commercial development targets.
Paul said: “We are working with landowners and sites across the country so it’s a busy time for the business; Leonie’s experience and knowledge will be a real asset as we continue to grow, identifying new opportunities and promoting sites through the planning system.”
