Inizio names new chief executive

Inizio, a global commercialisation partner to health and life sciences companies, has appointed Ryan Quigley as chief executive.

He succeeds Paul Taaffe, who will support the transition until the end of the year.

Ryan has been Inizio’s chief operating officer since 2021, leading commercial strategy, innovation and investment, as well as helping grow the company into a leading partner for over 700 pharma and biotech clients worldwide. 

His 25-year career includes senior leadership roles at Abbott and AbbVie, where he oversaw the launch of major global brands.

Ryan said: “This is an exciting time to lead Inizio as we continue to grow and help biopharma clients with integrated solutions to bring highly complex new drugs to market.

Inizio has $1.6 billion in revenue and more than 10,500 employees across five business units, supporting clinical development, commercialisation and patient access globally.
