Alto drives growth for London property agency
A London-based property agency is scaling operations with new software.
BNS Real Estate, a Middle Eastern-focused agency, has chosen property platform Alto to manage its expanding portfolio and streamline the landlord and tenant experience.
Founded four years ago, BNS Real Estate has grown from overseeing two apartments to more than 50 prime London properties.
Mohamad Abadi, property manager at BNS Real Estate, said: “From the start, our mission was to make the property process easy and transparent for our clients.
“Word of mouth has fuelled our growth but managing that growth with spreadsheets and manual updates quickly became impossible.
“We needed everything in one place and Alto was the clear answer.
“Now, instead of manually sharing updates across the team, we can log maintenance issues, add notes, and track progress in real time.
“It’s transformed how we work and made our operations far more efficient and collaborative.”
Nick Shaw, chief revenue officer at Alto, added: “BNS Real Estate is a perfect example of an ambitious, fast-scaling agency that understands the importance of robust systems and transparent collaboration.
“We’re proud to be their partner as they continue to grow their presence in London’s most competitive markets.”
