Gearset targets growth with new headquarters
A software development company is expanding operations following record growth.
Gearset, the DevOps platform for Salesforce, has opened a new 16,000sq ft UK headquarters at Cambridge Science Park, nearly doubling its previous office space.
The office follows a year of strong performance in 2024, with Gearset reporting 49 per cent revenue growth, as well as gaining 800 new customers and reaching a total of 3500 clients, including 1000 Enterprise users.
It also acquired Clayton to enhance its DevOps suite with advanced code review tools.
With flexible collaborative spaces and departmental neighbourhoods, bosses say the new headquarters will position Gearset to continue attracting top talent from Cambridge University, while providing the “right environment” for further growth, as the firm looks to further expand its global workforce.
Kevin Boyle, chief executive and co-founder at Gearset, which also has offices in Belfast and Chicago, said: “Our new headquarters is where we will continue on our journey of setting the standard for Salesforce DevOps and building products customers love.
“The strength of Gearset’s company culture, and the level of cross-company collaboration is key to our success.
“Our new office will ensure we have the right environment to foster even greater collaboration and open communication as we embark upon our next phase of growth.”
