KWC marks milestone with record growth
A Glasgow-based business development training company is seeing record growth as demand for professional skills soars.
KWC Global, formerly known as Kissing With Confidence, has doubled its turnover over four years, rising from £1.01 million in 2021 to £2.07 million in 2024, achieving a 106 per cent increase.
The company, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, has grown into a global leader in business development, communication and pitching skills, delivering training programmes to blue-chip organisations worldwide.
Its 15-strong core team, supported by a growing pool of associates, credits success to talent, expertise and innovation.
Co-founders Russell Wardrop and Sharon McLellan said: “We teach business development because we live it – triple-digit growth over four years.
“That success is only possible because of the exceptional work our team delivers day in, day out for our clients.”
Russell added: “Confidence has always been at the heart of what we do.
“Whether we’re working with a global law firm or a Big Four, our mission is the same – to activate business growth through results-driven training… and create rainmakers.
“Our team’s commitment and creativity make that possible.”
To mark its 25th anniversary, KWC Global is hosting free monthly online masterclasses, already attracting more than a thousand registrations in 2025, helping professionals sharpen pitching, presenting and business development skills.
