VervLife appoints business development director
Build-to-rent and co-living operator VervLife, a subsidiary of Homes for Students which has offices in Harrogate and Liverpool, has appointed Rocco Archidiacono as business development director to strengthen its growth strategy.
Rocco brings more than a decade of experience in lettings, residential development, consultancy and build-to-rent.
His career includes senior roles at Hamptons and international advisory work with investors across South-East Asia.
Rocco said: “I’m excited to join a dynamic team that’s clearly on an impressive trajectory.
“VervLife has a strong brand and a collaborative approach that really resonates with me.
“I’m looking forward to reconnecting with clients, expanding our network, and helping to enhance the personal, service we provide clients and residents.
