Karis Capital opens Manchester office
Real estate debt advisory Karis Capital has strengthened its northern presence with the opening of a new Manchester office, led by senior hire Craig Mason.
Craig brings over a decade of multi-sector finance experience and will focus on sourcing structured finance deals across residential and commercial developments.
His appointment reflects growing demand for specialist brokerage services in the region.
Based in Manchester, Craig will provide an on-the-ground presence for Karis Capital’s clients, building connections and supporting the firm’s continued expansion across the north of England.
Craig said: “I am incredibly proud to join the team at Karis Capital.
“The business has evolved into such an esteemed and respected name in the sector in a short space of time and I’m excited to help facilitate that further.”
Karis Capital’s national team advises on high-profile projects across the UK, guiding clients to secure the best rates and lenders, while maximising returns and ensuring smooth transactions.
Nicholas Christofi, chief executive and co-founder of Karis Capital, added: “We are delighted to welcome Craig to the Karis Capital team and look forward to supporting him with the growth of our already well-established offering across the North.
“We are developing plans that will further cement Karis’ national footprint by continuing to expand the team over the next six months that will further allow us to provide an unrivalled service to our valued clientele across the UK.”
