Childerstone expands footprint in Leeds
A project management consultancy has strengthened its presence in Leeds.
Childerstone Project Management has opened a new office at 12 King Street, underscoring in its rapid growth since launching in 2022.
The boutique consultancy has expanded from four to 24 colleagues across Leeds, London, Bristol and Glasgow, supporting more than 150 live projects across Yorkshire, the North and nationally.
Current activity includes over 1.75 million sq ft of development, spanning planning, construction and completion stages.
The new Leeds hub features an open-plan studio, meeting rooms, catering facilities and a private sixth-floor roof terrace, which bosses say is designed to encourage collaboration and support further hiring in the region.
Daniel Gaunt, director (Leeds), said: “This space was created with a dual purpose – to service our national client portfolios and to provide a dedicated hub for regional developments across the property sector.
“From here, our team delivers projects in industrial, retail, office and residential – both here in Yorkshire and across the UK.
“It’s a space that reflects who we are: professional, collaborative and focused on delivering exceptional results.”
Last week, the firm also debuted in Building Magazine’s Top 150 Consultants list, underlining its growing national profile.
