Collier Gardens welcomes new show home
A North East housebuilder is unveiling a new four-bedroom show home this weekend.
Homes by Esh is opening its latest property at the Collier Gardens development on Philadelphia Lane, near Houghton-le-Spring.
The site features 35 premium, energy-efficient three and four-bedroom detached homes, with a mix of nine house styles designed to suit a variety of buyers.
The new show home, called The Magnolia, will offer visitors a first look at modern design features and energy-saving innovations such as solar panels, smart meters and EV charging points.
Built using stone to complement the local area, the development prioritises open space, biodiversity and connections to walking and cycling routes.
Colin Willetts, Homes by Esh’s deputy managing director, said: “The launch of the show homes at Collier Gardens marks an exciting time for everyone involved with the Homes by Esh team.
“We have developed a product range to attract buyers looking for a home with greener credentials, and pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service – you can be assured that you are in the best hands.”
