Atom bolsters IT division with double hire

Newcastle-based Atom Technology Solutions has expanded its IT division with two new appointments.

Lewis Jopling joins as senior technical consultant, bringing more than 12 years’ experience in IT support and management across a wide range of industries. 

He will work to service Atom’s growing client base.

Lewis said: “Atom is an exciting business to be joining because it’s doing things differently and focuses on building relationships. 

“I’m looking forward to working with some of the company’s great clients and being a member of a team with a strong culture.”

Meanwhile, Josh Wardle has been appointed support analyst, joining Atom’s Help Desk team to provide IT solutions for clients including Northumbrian Water, Cleardata, Adderstone Group and Beamish Museum.

He added: “Joining Atom is a great opportunity for me to be part of a business that is growing quickly and offers opportunities for me to develop as a professional. 

“It’s also just a cool place to work – from our awesome new office on the Quayside to the close-knit team who all work really well together.”
