Hoxton Wealth announces two senior hires
Hoxton Wealth has bolstered its UK presence with the appointment of two senior leaders.
Katherine Rabaiotti joins as director of compliance, bringing experience from Titan Wealth, Fairstone and Quilter.
She said: “I was drawn to Hoxton because it combines entrepreneurial energy with a strong sense of purpose.
“I was also attracted to the collaborative culture, where commercial growth and regulatory excellence are treated as complementary, not conflicting, priorities.
“The group is expanding globally, yet it remains client-focused and committed to doing things the right way.
“For me, that balance of ambition and integrity is very appealing.
“It felt like the right environment where I could both contribute my experience and continue to grow.”
Jamie McNish has also been appointed regional director for London, having previously led a St James’ Place office in the capital.
He added: “Having spent the last decade leading SJP businesses in London, the opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing firm with clear goals and aspirations was too good to pass up.
“We have a brilliant team here at Hoxton in the UK, and my priority is to grow it with the right people — those with the ambition and drive to deliver excellent client experiences and help build our brand and reputation across London and beyond.
“The market potential is huge.
“With an ageing and retiring adviser population in the UK, I believe there’s a real need for companies like Hoxton to support current and future generations with the advice they need.”
The hires follow the opening of Hoxton’s new London office, described by chief executive Chris Ball as a “centre of excellence”.
Chris added: “Katherine and Jamie are genuine leaders that have a proven track record in their respective areas of expertise.
“Our new London office is quickly becoming a centre of excellence, where we are attracting extremely talented people to, in many cases from larger competitors, to become part of something that we believe, is very special.”
Oliver Gorman, director of revenue, added: “Bringing in high-calibre leaders like Katherine and Jamie raises the bar for our management team.
“I’ve no doubt they’ll make a huge impact and be highly successful within Hoxton.”
