Salisbury’s expands with new offices and recruits
Salisbury’s Chartered Accountants is expanding its regional presence with a new office in Llangefni and six new hires, including trainee accountants Elliott Coles and Maggie Hopwood.
Existing team members Hannah Addison, Eiry Owen and Toni Warren have joined the senior leadership team, while Caryl Rees has been appointed to the board of directors to oversee the firm’s Anglesey operations, joining fellow directors Aled Roberts, Jeremy Salisbury and Jason Matischok.
The firm, which already has offices in St Asaph, Ruthin, Beaumaris, Tywyn and Menai Bridge, now employs 47 people and continues to invest in training and developing the next generation of accountants.
More than half of the team is bilingual, enabling Salisbury’s to provide services across North Wales while championing the Welsh language.
Aled said the moves reflect almost a 50 per cent workforce growth over 18 months, with further expansion planned in 2026.
He said: “Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen almost a 50 per cent increase in our workforce, which is a fantastic achievement
“There’s more to come, with plans to take on new staff in 2026, but for now it’s about giving our team time to settle and thrive within what is already a phenomenal group here in North Wales.
Jason added: “Caryl has worked tirelessly over the years and is a huge asset to the business.
“Her appointment was a natural next step and key to our long-term success.
“We’re excited to have her by our side as we deliver our strategy and continue to grow.”
Jeremy added: “Bringing through the next generation of accountants is pivotal to our future.
“With legislation and technology changing so quickly, we’re proud to be at the cutting edge while continuing to deliver a service rooted in personal relationships and trust.”
