Freedom Heat Pumps appoints managing director
Bamber Bridge-based heat pump supplier and distributor Freedom Heat Pumps has appointed Graham McCracken as its new managing director.
Graham brings over 20 years of experience in customer insight and strategic leadership, including a decade at Certas Energy, the UK’s largest independent fuel and energy distributor.
In his new role, he will focus on customer service excellence, showcasing the company’s technological expertise and strengthening supplier relationships as demand for alternative heating solutions grows.
Graham has also expanded the team with six new hires to support the company’s continued growth.
He said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for Freedom, as the industry enters a transformative stage.
“Customers are not only looking for quality heat pump products but excellent service and technical support too.
“Alongside our nationwide distribution network, we’re investing in people and technology that caters to the demand, to meet that challenge and the ever-changing needs of our customers.
“We’ve always strived to go above and beyond for our customers, and I’m eager to continue that legacy as we enter the next phase of our journey.”
Freedom Heat Pumps, launched in 2010 and acquired by Certas Energy in 2022, distributes systems for major brands including Samsung, Hitachi and Midea.
