Inspired HR appoints client head
North East HR consultancy Inspired HR & Inspired Minds has appointed Jamie Pell as head of client relationships.
Jamie brings extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and customer success, having previously served as managing director at AM Training and head of client relationships at AM Recruitment.
Joining Inspired HR during a period of significant growth following a 77 per cent annual increase, he will lead the development and strengthening of client partnerships, drive business growth, enhance customer experience and oversee marketing activity.
Both Jamie and chief executive Nikki Masterman share lived experience of ADHD, reinforcing the company’s commitment to inclusive workplaces and championing neurodivergent talent.
