Knight Frank Newcastle expands team
Knight Frank has strengthened its Newcastle office with the addition of three graduate surveyors: Emma Bassindale, Alex Dyer and Jen Nash.
Emma and Alex will support the property asset management team, helping to manage 20 million sq ft of North East commercial space, from industrial estates to shopping centres and multi-let offices, alongside partners Jason Wall and Elizabeth Fletcher.
Emma said: “My real estate masters gave me a grounding in all disciplines within commercial property and I particularly enjoy the people-facing aspects which led me to my position now in property management.
“It’s a dream job – I’m really enjoying it.”
Jason added: “Property asset management is a key growth area for Knight Frank and we are expanding our services locally and nationally.
“Emma and Alex’s support and skills are already proving very valuable to the team.”
Meanwhile, Jen Nash joins the lease advisory team, assisting Emily Seager and Judith Summers with commercial property leases, including renewals, rent reviews and regears.
All three new team members hold a masters in real estate from Northumbria University.
Emily added: “We are delighted Jen has now joined our team formally following a period of work experience during her masters – she is the perfect fit and an exceptionally fast learner.”
