Omny Group expands with Vero HR deal
A Peterborough-based HR specialist is set to join a growing national group.
Omny Group has acquired Vero HR, an outsourced HR services provider and winner of Personnel Today’s ‘HR Consultancy of the Year’ in 2024.
Founded in 2005, Vero HR employs 45 people and generates over £3 million in revenue.
Its expertise spans recruitment, HR technology, payroll services and core outsourced HR solutions, bringing additional capabilities to Omny Group’s portfolio.
Bosses say the deal forms part of Omny Group’s wider strategy to reach £40 million turnover by 2028 through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
They add that Vero HR will continue to operate as a standalone business, retaining its brand and client base, with founder Mike Kealey joining Omny Group’s senior leadership team.
Ian Beaumont, chief executive at Omny Group, said: “This acquisition enhances our ability to provide even greater support to clients across the group.
“Vero HR brings not only a talented team and strong client relationships but also new capabilities that align perfectly with our growth vision.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Mike and the Vero HR team to the Omny Group family.
“We look forward to exploring how future collaboration and potential integration may best serve our people and clients.”
Mike added: “This partnership represents an exciting new chapter for Vero HR.
“The Omny Group shares our values of delivering exceptional service in a very personal way.
“By becoming part of the Omny Group, we can offer a broader range of people services, giving our clients even greater support in managing their workforce.”
