Media firm expands into St James House
A Leeds and London-based media company has relocated to support its growth.
The Media People has moved from serviced offices in the city centre to the ground floor of St James House in Leeds, taking 2070sq ft of high-quality office space on a traditional lease.
The relocation reflects the firm’s ongoing expansion and long-term ambitions in the media sector.
Following a recent comprehensive refurbishment, St James House now features improved aesthetics and environmental performance, achieving an EPC B rating.
The building offers a near turnkey solution with fully fitted suites, including meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, desks, task chairs and breakout furniture.
Occupiers also benefit from a welcoming reception, on-site fitness suite with showers and changing facilities, as well as secure basement parking.
The letting was managed by strategic property and construction advisors Fox Lloyd Jones, alongside joint agents CBRE.
Harry Finney, associate director at Fox Lloyd Jones, said: “Only a few months after being appointed as agents on the building, we are delighted to have agreed the deal with The Media People and welcome a new business to St James House.
“The building’s recent refurbishment, ESG credentials and plug-and-play offering continue to attract ambitious occupiers seeking high-quality workspace in Leeds’ central business district.”
