ServAce launches AI-powered system
A Teesside-based technology firm is enhancing its training management services with artificial intelligence (AI).
ServAce, based at Wynyard Business Park, works with national blue-chip clients to manage online and residential training courses, primarily for apprenticeships.
The company has recently introduced an AI-powered system to enhance how client and apprentice feedback is processed and actioned.
Bosses say the new AI functionality builds on the success of ServAce’s mobile app, which encourages apprentices to provide real-time feedback on their training experiences.
With hundreds of comments submitted through the app, ServAce and its clients needed a more efficient way to handle and respond to the data.
The AI automatically filters, categorises and prioritises feedback, which allows ServAce and its clients to respond more quickly, identify trends and implement improvements to benefit future apprentice cohorts.
Louise White, co-owner of ServAce, said: “This market-leading feature takes advantage of the very best AI capabilities to support the work of our team, not replace it.
“It allows us to act on feedback more quickly and efficiently, ultimately delivering an even better experience for our clients and their learners.
“We pride ourselves on the human touch in everything we do.
“The AI simply enhances that – it helps us to deliver smarter, more responsive services at scale.”
The introduction of AI marks another milestone in ServAce’s growth.
Founded in 2006, the company now employs 32 people and plans further recruitment to support its expanding client base.
Earlier this year, ServAce was named Small Business of the Year at the TeesTech Awards 2025, recognising its innovation and leadership in training and event booking management.
