Anochrome appoints business development manager

Wolverhampton-based Anochrome Group, a specialist in surface coating and metal finishing, has appointed Corey Hammond as group business development manager to support the company’s ongoing growth.

Corey began his career as a mechanical engineering apprentice with the JCB Academy before moving into a technical sales engineer role, managing accounts and providing solutions during the enquiry phase. 

In his new role, he will focus on diversifying Anochrome’s customer base and securing business across both existing and new sectors. 

Corey plans to spend time across all six of Anochrome’s business units in the UK, Poland, and the Czech Republic to gain a comprehensive understanding of the group.

He said: “I’m very excited to be part of the Anochrome team. 

“It’s a well-established and respected business that is continuing to invest and look towards the future.

“My role focuses on the strategy and marketing of the business, supporting sales growth by strengthening our presence in new markets, identifying potential customers and developing opportunities with them across the Anochrome Group.

“The group’s focus on quality, as well as research and development, will translate across other industries as we continue to diversify.
