Compliance Group appoints managing director
Compliance Group has appointed Scott McKay as managing director of its fire division.
Scott brings over 25 years of experience in the fire and security sector, having started his career as an apprentice electrician before progressing through multiple roles to build hands-on expertise.
He has a proven track record of driving growth, transformation and operational excellence across mid-sized and large-scale businesses.
Throughout his career, Scott has managed full P&L responsibility, delivering sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
His achievements include consolidating multiple businesses under a single brand, strengthening market presence, streamlining operations and enabling long-term expansion.
Scott said: “I am excited to be joining Compliance Group and to lead its fire division.
“I believe in empowering teams and fostering a culture of accountability to achieve outstanding results.
