Praxis hires new head of business space
Praxis Group has appointed Mike McCarrick as head of business space asset management, a newly created role designed to enhance the company’s position in commercial property solutions.
Mike brings extensive experience, having managed high-profile asset management portfolios across the UK, US and Europe.
He will focus on consolidating and expanding Praxis’s existing business space operations, delivering strategies that optimise performance and support clients’ long-term objectives.
Mike said: “I’m excited to join Praxis at such a dynamic time in the company’s growth.
“I look forward to using my extensive experience in the sector to build on the firm’s excellent track record in delivering results.”
Mike’s appointment comes as demand grows for sophisticated asset management solutions, with businesses across the UK reassessing their space requirements and seeking guidance to balance cost efficiency with strategic goals.
James Hewitt, chief operating officer of Praxis, added: “We are delighted to welcome Mike McCarrick as our first head of business space asset management.
“Mike’s extensive industry experience and strategic vision align perfectly with our commitment to delivering comprehensive business space solutions that maximise asset value and operational efficiency.
