Banks Homes unveils first North Yorkshire scheme
A housebuilder is set to unveil its first local residential development in North Yorkshire this month.
County Durham-based Banks Homes will officially launch The Pastures, a new 62-home development in the village of Hambleton, with a special event on Thursday, October 16 at Camblesforth Hall near Selby.
The site will feature a mix of private and affordable homes, including ten bungalows, catering to a range of buyer needs.
Bosses say the launch event will give visitors the chance to meet the Banks Homes team and explore the variety of property types available.
Representatives from high-end brands supplying the homes, including Omega Kitchens and Porcelanosa, will also attend, alongside mortgage finance and property law experts.
Aisling Ramshaw, head of sales and marketing at Banks Homes, said: “Banks Homes creates sustainable, contemporary living spaces in desirable locations that enrich our customers’ lives and we’re excited to be sharing full details of how we’ll be realising this vision at The Pastures.
“The formal launch of our first development in North Yorkshire is a landmark moment for us and we’re looking forward to welcoming potential homebuyers to Camblesforth Hall to show them everything that it will offer.
“The Pastures is a high-quality development which will give more local people and families a greater opportunity to stay in the village, and there’s already been a great deal of interest from homebuyers in taking pre-reservations off plan.”
Nine different home designs will be available at The Pastures, with each property featuring a Hive heating system, a full range of kitchen appliances, a Ring doorbell and a fully turfed rear garden, while some homes will also offer underfloor heating and higher ceilings.
Sustainable design has also been a key focus, with air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and new wildlife habitats integrated into public open spaces across the development.
