Avison Young appoints director to Place Advisory Team

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has appointed Jasmine Ceccarelli-Drewry as director in its London Place Advisory team.

Jasmine joins to strengthen the firm’s Place Strategy offering, working with private and public sector clients to integrate social impact into development strategies. 

She arrives from Montagu Evans, where she led the social impact consultancy and delivered strategies for projects including the Whitechapel Life Science Cluster and Yoo Capital’s Saville Theatre.

Previously, Jasmine worked as an area regeneration officer at Hackney Council, shaping public sector strategy and policy. 

At Avison Young, she will embed delivery strategy and support engagement and planning across sectors including life sciences and innovation.

Jasmine said: “I’m delighted to be joining the London Place Advisory team at such an exciting time for the business, bringing my experience in social impact to the fore to help shape the Place Strategy offer for our clients.
