Kaushik Perinkulam Ravi, who has joined JMAN Group

JMAN strengthens tech leadership

JMAN Group, the commercial data partner for private-equity funds and their portfolio companies, has appointed Kaushik Perinkulam Ravi as chief of staff to its chief technology officer.

Kaushik brings nearly two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale data and analytics transformations at Cognizant and Agilisium, and co-founded consultancy TODAC, advising high-growth technology businesses on strategy and operations.

In his new role, he will work alongside chief technology officer Leo Valan to accelerate JMAN’s data and AI-driven transformation, aligning technology goals with client needs and fostering cross-team collaboration.
