Pennyfarthing Homes strengthens leadership team
Homebuilder Pennyfarthing Homes has promoted Nick Stone to land and planning director, recognising his 15 years’ contribution to the company’s land and planning strategy.
Nick, who joined the business in 2010 as land manager, will now oversee the land and planning function, aiming to secure a further 500 units across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and the New Forest.
The move underlines Pennyfarthing Homes’ commitment to expanding its land bank and delivering sustainable, high-quality residential developments.
Nick said: “I’m proud to have developed my career with Pennyfarthing Homes and to now lead our talented land and planning team.
“The market continues to present challenges, but also opportunities for those who can move decisively.
“My focus will be on strengthening our land pipeline and securing quality sites to deliver at least 500 additional homes over the coming years.”
Mark Adams, executive chairman at Pennyfarthing Homes, added: “Nick’s promotion reflects both his deep understanding of the land market and his consistent ability to deliver results.
“His strategic insight and collaborative approach will be vital as we continue to navigate a challenging planning and economic environment.
“We’re confident he will play a key role in driving the next phase of our expansion.”
