Compliance Group adds transformation director to senior team

Compliance Group has appointed Sharon Fleming to its senior leadership team as transformation director.

In this newly created role, Sharon will oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses, supporting the company’s “buy and build” growth strategy. 

She joins from Johnson Controls, where she was acquisition integration manager, bringing extensive experience in the fire and security sector. 

Sharon said: “I am excited to join the team at Compliance Group on their growth journey.
