Johnson Fellows bolsters building consultancy team
Property consultancy Johnson Fellows has strengthened its Birmingham team with the appointment of senior building surveyor Nick Bird.
Nick joins from Pennycuick Collins, bringing more than a decade of experience in condition surveys, dilapidations advice and contract administration for commercial, residential and mixed-use portfolios.
He will work alongside Anthony Foster, partner and head of building consultancy, supporting growth across sectors including industrial, retail, office, healthcare, leisure, education and residential.
