IT firm Atom cracks on with Tombola contract
A tech firm has the numbers covered after securing a contract with an online bingo brand.
Atom Technology Solutions is working with Tombola.
Bosses say the Newcastle-based operator is managing Tombola’s mobile services and sim estate.
They add the work will provide “an agile and flexible service tailored to the specific needs” of Sunderland-based UK-wide operator Tombola, which complements a suite of bingo games with arcade and casino titles.
The contract adds to IT and cybersecurity support firm Atom’s existing partnerships with construction, energy, tourism and charity clients, and comes as the firm seeks to increase its headcount to 30 by the end of 2025.
Dean Cowens, Atom managing director, said: “Tombola is one of the North East’s most successful and established businesses, so bringing the brand into our portfolio is a real thrill.
“Our focus is on delivering an outstanding service to the Tombola team, which means dedicated account management, great value and responsiveness to its changing needs.”
Liam Thompson, Tombola lead operational support engineer, added: “We often need new sims or contract changes to be implemented swiftly.
“And having the Atom team on hand to manage our requirements and bring their expertise to bear gives us real peace of mind.
“Atom is helping give us greater clarity over our contracts and usage, identify where savings can be made and help avoid issues or downtime quickly.”
