Housebuilder submits plans for 120-home estate
A housebuilder has submitted plans for a 120-home venture.
Anwyl Homes hopes to create an estate in Kelsall, near Cheshire.
The 17-acre venture would include one to four bedroom detached, semi-detached and mews houses, as well as 36 affordable properties.
Bosses say it would deliver “significant investment into the local community”, including a new car park for Kelsall Primary School.
They add work could begin next year, with first homes slated for 2027.
Mark Calvert, managing director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “This proposed development will make an important contribution towards addressing Cheshire West and Chester’s housing shortage.
“A major part of our proposal is a new car park for Kelsall Primary School, which we know will be a real benefit to the local community.
“We’re committed to creating developments that enhance the wider neighbourhoods we’re building in, not just in terms of providing much-needed new homes, but also by delivering additional community benefits.”
