Jungle Creations names chief publishing officer

London-based global social media and influencer agency Jungle Creations has promoted Siobhan McDade from managing director of media to chief publishing officer, reporting to chief executive Melissa Chapman.

In her new role, she will scale the media division and lead publishing and commercial innovation across Jungle brands including Twisted, VT, Four Nine and Level Fitness.

Siobhan joined Jungle in 2019, progressing from partnerships manager to commercial strategy lead.

She has led global client partnerships with Disney, PepsiCo, Heineken and Kraft Heinz, and has received accolades including Campaign’s Rising Star in 2022 and Video Week’s Leadership in Video in 2023.

Her previous roles include senior partnership executive at The Guardian and senior strategist at Not Actual Size.

Siobhan said: “I’m delighted to step into this new role and continue driving our media brands forward.

“It’s been an incredible year for our publishing business - our audiences are growing, engagement is stronger than ever, and we’re building new commercial models that turn creativity into long-term value.

"Jungle is entering a hugely exciting phase as we bring our ‘URL to IRL’ strategy to life across our brands, grow hyper-engaged communities, and create IP that connects culture and commerce in new ways.”

Melissa Chapman, chief executive at Jungle Creations, added: “Siobhan has played a huge role in building Jungle Creations’ media division into one of the most engaged publisher networks in the UK.

“Her deep understanding of audience behaviour and her ability to blend creativity with commercial strategy make her the perfect person to lead our publishing future.

“This move marks the next chapter in Jungle Creations’ evolution, and Siobhan’s leadership will be key to scaling our ecosystem globally.”
