Maintenance firm secures £48 million housing boost
A maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out contractor has secured a £48 million contract boost.
Novus Property Solutions has renewed housing repair partnerships with Trent & Dove, Bromford and Newark and Sherwood District Council.
Bosses at the Stoke-on-Trent-headquartered operator say the agreements “demonstrate clients’ enduring trust, confidence and satisfaction in its service”.
Under the terms of its partnership with Burton-based housing association Trent & Dove, Novus will deliver roofing refurbishments, upgrade communal areas and carry out external decorations and repairs over the next five years.
It will also provide roofing upgrades – including flat to pitched conversions – for West Midlands, Gloucestershire and Staffordshire-based affordable homes provider Bromford, and maintain kitchens and bathrooms across 250 properties for Newark and Sherwood District Council.
Gary Clay, Novus’ head of operations, said: “Retaining and renewing major contracts like these is testament to the hard work and dedication of all our teams.
“I’m proud of what we’ve achieved during earlier contracts, and look forward to what we’ll accomplish together in this next phase.”
